Welcome
to LeaseQuestUSA, Inc.
Our Mission:
We
build long term relationships, focused on obtaining
financing for our customers. |
What
We Do:
A. Set up vendor
leasing programs for manufacturers and distributors:
LeaseQuestUSA
has partnered with many manufacturers and distributors
of equipment to provide their customers with easy
to use financing solutions for their equipment. LeaseQuestUSA
can customize lease and loan products to match unique
client requirements. LeaseQuestUSA offers flexible
leasing options enabling manufacturers and distributors
to quickly and cost effectively increase sales.
B. Find funding
for leasing companies:
LeaseQuestUSA assesses
financial requirements for leasing companies usually
in the form of a Critical Assessment or Offering
Memorandum. The Offering Memorandum sometimes includes
a business plan, financial forecasts, business overview.
Once the financing path is agreed upon between LeaseQuestUSA
and the client, the Offering Memorandum is sent to
possible funding sources. “Dog
and Pony” shows are usually employed to highlight
the client’s strengths and focus the potential
lender on the transaction. Potential funding sources
are asked to bid on the transaction. LeaseQuestUSA
analyzes the bids, and the client chooses the funding
source and structure that best fits their needs.
C. Find funding
for individual transactions or portfolios:
LeaseQuestUSA
sells transactions already booked by its clients,
therefore freeing up cash for new transactions. We
also “line up” funding sources for programs
in process, for example, as vendor programs are signed,
lenders are ready for incoming transactions. For “one
off” transactions LeaseQuestUSA tailors each
transaction into the required format of the lending
institution therefore increasing the likelihood of
a successful placement.
D. Documentation:
Documentation
can be difficult. Initially, LeaseQuestUSA staff works
with a client’s legal
department to structure the best possible terms and
conditions. In addition, ongoing programs ensure
that proper documentation continues including, billing,
collecting, insurance, UCC filings, and property
taxes.
